REFUND POLICY

Our items before being shipped are thoroughly checked to ensure that the item is compliant and free from damage.

RETURNS

If the item is not to your liking you can return it with shipping paid within 30 days of receipt by enclosing your receipt. Please enter your personal information, shipping address and social security number.

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, meaning unworn and unused, and must be packed carefully.
You must request our authorization before returning the item.
Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement with the office at the email address provided sale@giardinodoriente.com

CHANGES

Once the return is accepted, the purchase of the new item can be made.

REFUNDS

Once the return has been accepted and checked you will be informed if the refund has been approved.
If approved we will process the refund using the same procedure as the payment you made. The timing is conditional between the bank and the card issuer.
